Returns/Refunds Policy

All merchandise sales have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. Please fill out the return/refund form and we will contact you within 3-5 Business days with a response.

Computer sales are verified that all components are fully functional prior to shipping. System components that were damaged in shipping can be returned/replaced with verification of shipping fault within 30 days. Please complete the “Contact Us” form for eligibility.
