Refund policy

Computer sales are verified that all components are fully functional prior to shipping. System components that were damaged in shipping can be returned/replaced with verification of fault within 30 days of receipt of items. Please complete the "Contact Us" form to start the returns process. All merchandise and peripheral sales also have a 30 day returns policy starting day of receipt of items. There are no fees associated with returns, and a free shipping label will be emailed at the time of return.
